Upon submission, you will receive an email with instructions on how to register your group.
Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Congress Secretariat. Cancellations made before 11 January 2019 will be refunded less 30% to cover administration costs. After this date no refunds will be given. All refunds will be made after the congress. A refused visa application is no reason for refund.
