REGISTRATIONS

How can I register?

Please visit this website  and click on the registration button. You will be forwarded directly to the online registration module. Please finalize the steps and you will receive an automatically sent confirmation. The final confirmation will be sent via the congress secretariat, after your registration has been checked. Only online registrations will be accepted.

Can I make a group registration?

You can send a group registration request to registrations@congresscare.com when you would like to register 5 delegates or more.

When does online registration close?

You can register online until 3 days before the start of the congress. After that you can only register onsite. We strongly recommend to pre-register to avoid long waiting queues onsite.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION

How can I book hotel accommodation?

The Congress organizers have secured, through the Housing Bureau – Mondial & Cititravel Congresos – a number of rooms in several hotels located near the Congress venue. Please click here to book a hotel room.

CANCELLATION/CHANGES

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes. Please send an email to registrations@congresscare.com that you want to cancel your registration. For more information about cancellation fees and conditions, click here.

Can I make a name change to my registration?

Yes. If you want to change a name in a finalized registration, please send an e-mail to registrations@congresscare.com.

VISA LETTER OF INVITION

In my country/territory, I must apply for a visa to attend a conference and that requires an invitation to the event. Can you send me an invitation?

The Congress Secretariat is happy to provide an invitation letter to accompany your visa application after full payment is received. We recommend that as soon as you register and pay the full registration fee, contact registrations@congresscare.com with your request.

FUNDING/GRANTS

Is there funding available to help with travel/registration costs?

9-EMCCC is unable to assist with travel or registration costs.

ACCREDITATIE / CERTIFICATE

Is the Congress CME accredited?

Once the Scientific Programme has been finalised, an application for CME credits will be made. Further details will be published here as soon as they are available.

How can I claim my CME credits after the Congress?

You will receive your (CME) Certificate of Attendance via email within two weeks following the Congress. Each medical specialist should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.
